"I have stayed at The Tropicana several times, and it has always been above adequate. The establishment was unable to reduce my bill for an incident regarding a broken iron in my room which destroyed a pair pf shorts, since I had booked my reservation through Expedia, but they did remove one days resort fee ($15), and comped me a few drinks."
