The bidets, the hot tub, the smart home chargers, the fireplace flues. No instructions on how to use the stove/oven. No instructions on recycling/garbage disposal. As indicated, the house was lovely but we could have enjoyed it much more if there had been a handbook for the home.”

“The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged……
