"Nice hotel on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own beach, hot tub and fire pit. Extremely clean and well kept, good breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed, every room has a balcony with views of the lake. Our only complaint is the noise--from traffic on the adjacent very busy road and from with the hotel, where sound proofing is unfortunately not adequate."

The breakfast is exceptional and home made with a rotating menu, and the room we stayed in (the Roosevelt Suite) felt like a home away from home. "This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay."
