"Great staff. Nice facilities including swimming pool, bath, and fitness center. The pool and bath was not open until mid afternoon. The Japanese restaurant looked great but we stayed on a Monday and it was closed. The Gardenia was fine though. All in all a nice place to stay and relax during our last night in Japan. "

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."
