"House is big and spacious! Beautiful private backyard and pool. Very cute sitting covered area. Host has thought of everything. We brought everything we needed but when we get there we realize the house had small coolers, beach chairs, beach towel, even things like sunscreen! It was awesome! Definitely will stay agin if in the are and recommend to friend who busy! Host was great and very easy to contact with any questions!"

"Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental. The towels were small and scratchy- but other than that it was perfect! Well stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, grill, pool and patio was ready to go. I would stay again...

"We stayed at this home over MA April break from school in April 2024. Accessing the home was super easy, and once inside it has absolutely everything you could need for a beach vacation. They have tons of beach stuff including umbrellas and chairs. Only thing was we went to check in at 430 and a washer was being delivered ( no big) but also project manager came while we were unpacking & just entered house without saying anything and grabbed a table and fixed outside. Just odd he didn’t explain, especially when we had just got to go in and were ready to relax. We also saw online a hot tub listed but there wasn’t one"

We stayed for the Miami Open and the villa was in a quiet neighborhood without the hustle and bustle that you'd expect in Miami! When we got there the villa was spotless and shiny! Everything we needed was available from toilet paper, shampoo, and spices in kitchen! The pool towels were perfect for our afternoon swims.
