"We loved our stay here! We had the Tower room, which was so fun in decoration, spacious, comfortable. Wow! The area has lots of walkable dinner destinations and recommendations from the Queen Anne were spot on. We enjoyed our check-in cookie, but the breakfast (with great coffee) out in the gardens was so special! I loved the warm muffins and the Eggs Benedict! Freshly prepared and we felt so relaxed. I’d LOVE to stay here again!"

"We have been going to Cliff House Inn for 3 or 4 years and it is always a relaxing time people there are so friendly especially the excellent staff. We had a problem with our hot tub but Joe made sure it was taking care of quickly and offered several solutions in case the repair took too long. It was back online and working in a few hours. "The Flora house is a beautifully kept old mansion type house. Decorated beautifully and CLEAN!! The grounds are pretty with flowers planted in the front and fresh flowers in your room!! great touch! "The room was well appointed and was a very quiet - I had the window cracked all night. The building is charming and had many shared amenities. Loved the comfy sitting room as well as the shared dining area with lots of comfy seating. Walking distance from the main retail area with many good eats and some shopping. I’d stay there again. Be aware there are stairs and no elevator."

There were a few minor cleaning items upon arrival, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again or leaving a negative review. Housekeeping was timely and stocked.
