“We booked two rooms for one night for our family of 6, it's a good thing we were in one vehicle as several sections of the parking lot were blocked by trailers & equipment. We were on the first floor, but it did not seem like there was an elevator to get to the second floor as everyone was using the lobby stairs. Our reservation said both rooms had 2-Queen Beds but they sure didn't feel like queen beds! We had to have one of our set of room cards redone three times, then the clerk came down……
