“LOCATION, LOCATION. This apartment is just off Las Ramblas and the plaza. We are seniors but managed the narrow staircase. As a bonus Mario was there when we arrived and left and he carried our luggage.”

“The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our week and had great recommendations for area restaurants. The place is spacious, and the nearby pedestrian "street" a beautiful means to get around. Both the Universitat and Passeig de Gracia metro stops are easy walks. Walking to most major attractions is just about 30 min, so it made travelling around with a group of 7 very easy. 10/10 would reccomend.”

“The property is small, but served our needs for one month stay. Like other comments the unit is central to all sites and easy to get around. This is an old dirty building and the hallways were dirty and smelled of rotting garbage. Exterior of building and lobby photos were deceiving. Our arrival time was delayed 3+ hours and due to time difference and language we were not met in a timely manner to receive the keys.Trying to communicate through VRBO is not acceptable. After a long day of visiting……

“We arrived and felt that we were in a Design magazine home. The apartment is huge with high ceilings and has been totally modernized and has very high end furnishings, art work, and decor. We had many beds and 3 modern bathrooms w/toilets and showers. It is located in the most posh area of Barcelona, Eixample, and countless restaurants, cafes, shopping surround. The highlight was that our floor to ceiling windows and balcony looked at the back of Casa Batllo!!! We were just around the corner……
