"I intentionally booked the Junior Suite according to the website photo for that particular room but the staff had put me in another room. It was quite clear from their reply that they gave the room to someone else, so upgraded me to a modern room. Disappointing as I wanted the character of the old style room but that said, the room we were given was spacious and comfortable. Considering the price / value for money, I will not be staying here again "
