“The night staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful! Our room was a bit messy, we found some bugs in the bathroom and the room smelled of cigarette smoke with the a/c on, the flooring was a bit sticky and the air filters had not been cleaned in quite a while”

“The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the lock on my room door and it was fixed quickly. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The room was also very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was a minor issue with the faucet on my shower but it was easy to work around. Overall, this was a great hotel with fantastic staff.”
