“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

“As other reviews say, indeed the neighborhood is transitional, not a country club. But the unit itself was clean, cozy, and quiet. We felt safe and were impressed by all the details Tony provided to ensure our comfort. He was very responsive to communication and his good humor was evident in the helpful signs posted around the apartment with wifi code or other instructions. Although smart TV streaming services such as Netflix are not provided, that was a small tradeoff considering the other……

“Exactly the right place for the right price! Clean inside and decorated in a lovely artistic and homey way. Close to everything and a very serene eclectic vibe. We had a great time and looked forward to getting back “home” every evening. Within a short walk of literally everything you’d want to do in Charleston!”

“This was a perfect way to start and end each day in Charleston. Location—directly above an incredible bagel shop with great coffee! Yes, the bagel shop’s door is noisy, and in fact all the noises Charleston has to offer are easily heard from inside the apartment—historic buildings can be like that. The noise wasn’t a problem for us because we use noise makers to sleep anyway. They are provided for you by the condo as well! The beds were comfy enough, not the greatest, but definitely not the……

“Fabulous location! Fenced in yard for the pup is ideal. All of the amenities needed in the kitchen (updated/usable grill would be nice) and the bed is very comfortable. The swing on the upper deck is perfect for bird/dolphin watching with coffee and/or afternoon wine. Diane is super sweet. Can't wait to return soon.”
