We had a truly enjoyable stay. We stayed in a superior king which was spacious and full of natural light. The bed was very comfortable, there was always an abundance of towels, we didn’t hear a sound at night, we were within 8 minutes of walking to the heart of Bar Harbor, and we had the grab and go breakfast that the hotel offered on the terrace in chairs in front of our room every morning. While some of the furniture and the bathroom were a bit run down it didn’t matter to us in the least. What really stood out was the staff. Penny greeted us with the warmest of welcomes and spent a good amount of her time recommending restaurants and cafes. The next morning Christopher was there to offer us anything we needed (including printing out the pass to Acadia so we could bypass the lines at the welcome center) while Constance each morning provided recommendations and maps of hikes based on what we wanted to see and do (we followed her recommendations and went on the most amazing hikes!!) We love Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park and would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a property that's pretty close (walking distance) to town restaurants and nightlife. They have coffee and small breakfast items available as well as cookies out. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was pretty nice and it had a balcony (view of the cars lol but still it's nice to have a balcony)

It was a lovely stay. The manor was clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing! Andrew helped us w dinner reservations and even called the restaurant for us. Constance gave us spectacular suggestions for hikes which we loved. They couldn’t have been kinder. The locations was perfect as it was walking distance to everything. Thank you for allowing us such a wonderful stay!

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful by providing maps and recommendations. Grab and go coffee and breakfast snacks were in the lobby every morning and freshly baked cookies were available every afternoon. Coffee was hot and fresh all day. Upon request, our pillows were swapped out for flatter ones and additional clothes hangers were delivered to our room. We will certainly stay here if we visit Bar Harbor again.

The property was well kept and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was one King and it was a tiny room, but clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not what we are use to, but all in all, we enjoyed our trip to the area and were happy with our choice of lodging.

The property was conveniently located. The room was lovely with a comfortable firm bed. The shower was powerful and the water remained hot. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise as well as the chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon and evening. The concierges at the property were the most attentive and informative we’ve experienced. Kudos and thank you to Christopher, Constance and Penny!!
