“House was large and allowed 13 adult siblings and spouses spaces to gather without being on top of one another. Host made some seasonal accommodations that we really appreciated. She was responsive but not intrusive. Only hassle was having to provide our own linen. Some of us came from as far as Hawaii, Cali and So Africa so arranging to have linen there was a hassle. Otherwise, the house was a perfect choice for the cost.”

“What a great house! The decor and feel of the house was extremely nice. Everyone room was clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen. Relaxing at the pool each late afternoon was a welcome treat after spending the day at the beach. We highly recommend renting this property!”

“We had a great time down in Avalon for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious. We were three couples and 3 babies. It was great that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard is beautiful. Hoping to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Very close to the beach. Mike the host was great. He was in touch with us from the beginning to end with any concerns we may have had. Which was none! Looking forward to another weekend at……

It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful water views from the living room were a lovely bonus. Very conveniently located close to beach and town.”

“Perfect house for two large families. Close walking distance to town and to the beach. House was well stocked but could have been a little more organized. Downstairs had another living room which was great if you had family that needed to work. We utilized the small table and set up a computer monitor there. Nice back yard where we set up games. We would definitely go back as it was really a great location and beautiful large home.”

“We had so much fun and this beautiful condo. The location was amazing and the condo was stocked with many, many amenities making the stay very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Ashley was very responsive during our visit. We will come back to stay again!”

“The entrance is poorly designed and uninviting. The signage directing people to the office is non-existent. The room was clean, bathroom was nicely done and the shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the price for the room was reasonable.”
