The room was dirty the staircase was filthy the elevators was broke. The staff was unavailable and very rude. Me and my partner had to help an elderly couple down 14 flights with their 28inch luggage due to the elevator outage that lasted over an hour. When I informed the front desk of this matter they basically said nothing. The first room I was sent to had a lock on the door I was sent to another room that was filthy but I was forced to stay in that room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Only dislike that I and the ladies have was the elevator waits were out of control. Some waits were 15 mins to get an elevator

This place is Boardwalk Empire classic and I loved it. Great price for the area, and a very fun place to stay if you like that old school noir vibe.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel.we encountered numerous issues that severely impacted our comfort and safety. Despite our efforts to reach out to hotel staff, no satisfactory resolution was provided, leaving us deeply disappointed. Throughout the night, the noise levels in our room were intolerable. We were disturbed by the incessant sound of a woman screaming, loud television, banging doors, and walls being kicked. The disturbances escalated to the point where even the security team had to intervene multiple times on the 12th floor. Despite these interventions, the noise and disturbances persisted, making it impossible for us to get any sleep. As a parent, I was particularly concerned for the well-being of my children, who were frightened and unable to sleep due to the chaotic environment. My daughter was especially distressed and cried throughout the night, which was a heartbreaking experience for our family. Furthermore, our request for a refund was denied, and we were offered no apology for the inconvenience and distress caused. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It is unfair to expect guests to pay for a service that fails to meet basic standards of comfort and safety. As a result, I have been compelled to seek legal counsel to address this matter.

I would say certain room are amazing and clean but the guy that was giving me the room he decided to put me in the room the first time.The lights wasn’t working, and their was mold in the bathroom. So I had to request another room; the next room was very nice and clean.
