“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “I needed a safe while at the hotel, but my room safe was locked. I was told there was no maintenance staff available on site to remedy this. They checked all the safes in other available rooms, and all were locked except one. I declined to move to another room because it separated me from my traveling companions. When I requested a discount for the inconvenience of not having safes available in either room we occupied, the front desk clerk was indignant and blamed me for not moving rooms. ……

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“Table Mountain Inn was perfect for us. The hotel is very charming and in the most beautiful location. Their staff was very friendly and addressed any questions we had promptly. Our air conditioner didn't work one night and they had it fixed that day. The room was spacious for three adults and very quiet. They also had the best shower with the best water pressure. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We ate there for breakfast and dinner more than once. The……
