“The host provided excellent communication! She went above and beyond to use her personal number instead of the app for efficiency. My family especially enjoyed the outdoor game area that included corn hole, a giant connect four game and shuffle board. Snow cones at the snack shack were a huge hit for my little ones. The complimentary beach chair service is a HUGE perk. No one likes lugging chairs and an umbrella to the beach and back again when it’s time to go inside. The surrounding area had a……

“We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Thanks to Bob and the whole team for an awesome experience!”

“DOWN FOR BIKE WEEK AND CAME ACROSS THIS LISTING AND KNEW BASICALLY WHEREIT WAS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND I HAD REQUESTED A BLENDER AND IT WAS PROVIDED. BIKE WEEK IS LOAD ON THE MAIN DRAG BUT THIS PLACE WAS QUIET AT NIGHT.”

The community is friendly and The Cove Restaurant close by has great food. The owner is super nice and has gone out of his way to be helpful.”
