“Well located”

“Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor.”

“My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!”

“This is a small place but OK for a couple. Bathroom was tight but adequate. Be aware that the kitchenette is quite small with no cooktop or oven, although the fridge is pretty large. Only slight hiccup was at checking in where we followed the instructions to get the key under the mat--but there was no key. We then spent 5 minutes trying to find the key, as well as trying to locate a way to call the host--before randomly trying the door and it was already unlocked. Otherwise everything was as……

“We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful duplex. The location is ideal, in between Long & Short Sands, both within walking distance. We saw the most beautiful sunrise at Short Sands. The condo has a great backyard and fire pit. It is complete with all your needs, including laundry detergent, for a fun beach stay. Our only issue was the comfort of the mattress. We prefer a softer mattress so we bought a mattress pad and it made all the difference. We will absolutely stay here again.……

“Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week……

“This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs.”

“Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.”
