Location was so convenient - a quaint neighborhood with plenty of meal options, a supermarket and convenience stores steps away, and two train lines connect there with short rides to popular destinations like Shibuya. Polite, helpful staff, great wi-fi connection, clean room with two different types of pillows were also great. A few more English options on basic TV would have been even better.

It’s located in the very convenient because it’s at the station for JR and Tokyu lines. It’s super convenient to go Tokyo, Yokohama and Kanagawa area. There are many stores near by as well as restaurants.

Location is excellent. Mizonoguchi station is very convenient to go any where in Tokyo. Limited English at reception, but they are very polite and try hard to serve you. Amenities are excellent, and clean & tidy. Doesn't feel budget accommodation. more classy. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean (stayed for 2 month in 3 different types of rooms ), but all rooms were so dusty that dust accumulated in just 1 day. Spoke with staff and they cleaned the air-conditioner in the room, but no difference, may be worse now.
