Affordable price for not too bad location. 5 minute walk to the train station. Room size acceptable, at least I can open two large suitcases and there are still rooms to walk. Sound insulation is not so good though…

今回、2回目の利用でした。ホテルは駅に近く、アクセスが便利でした。部屋は手狭で設備は少し疲れている感はありましたが、ベッドの寝心地は良く、ゆっくり休めました。また、お風呂のお湯を時間がかからず貯められたのは良かったです。無料の朝食のパン、自由に利用できる飲み物、新聞、アメニティの提供等、有難かったです。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。またお世話になりたいです。

Loved this hotel. It is very close to Fujisawa station, and has extremely friendly staff. Some of the staff has very limited English but we didn't have any trouble communicating the basics. The room was small but we expected that from a Japanese hotel. It had enough room for 2 people and was very clean. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended, it was really great. The washer and dryer work fine, perhaps they've fixed it since some of the other reviewers stayed there? Highly recommended if you're staying visiting Fujisawa or the Kamakura or Enoshima area.

Good clean hotel, near major sightseeing area
The location is great. It was only a few minutes walk from Fujisama train station which is close to Kamakura-Shonan area, a major sightseeing area near the beach. In order to go to the restaurants, you have to walk to the station and go to the south entrance since the hotel is located in the north entrance. Once you spend a day walking around, it is easy to navigate around the city. It was very hot in our room everyday during our stay (unusual weather) and we contacted the hotel staff. She was so nice to bring the small fun immediately and suggested to leave the window open. So we slept with our window open all night and it was a little noisy but the fan helped to cover the background noise. The front staff was very helpful and nice.

Disappointing
When I saw the room I had booked and related that to the price I paid, I was very disappointed. The staff were ok, there were two hairs in the bath and one on the sheets. There was a burn mark on the carpet and it just all felt a little grubby. I would not recommends this hotel to anyone.
