Poor management. Power went out a few minutes after we got there. Were going to move hotels but they said it would be back on shortly. It didn’t come back on until the middle of the night. Getting the run around about a refund. Lied to multiple times. We’ve stayed here a few times coming back from road trips and will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Dear Stephen,Power outages and mother nature are things that we just have no control over. The timeline you were given by our staff was the same information we were receiving from the power company. We agreed via phone conversation that 50% refund would suffice. You still used our facilities, ate breakfast and showered. Call it poor management or what have you, but we are a business. I am not agreeing to refund your entire stay. Thank you for your feedback
The hotel had just lost power after a huge storm but the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. You could tell she was frustrated but she was still amazingly nice. She had a lobby full of upset people but she was still smiling.
The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with so many options. The pool and hot tub were great. This was such a nice place to stay!
Friendly staff at front desk and in housekeeping. Location is convenient to I-81 and I-77. Hotel is right beside the Wohlfart House Theatre, and walkable to it.
The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Love having the free wifi and breakfast, and indoor pool! The rooms were nice - we enjoyed using the Keurig in the room and everything was super clean! Would definitely stay here again!
Was a fantastic experience. The room was large, clean, and wonderful.

Disliked: Staff & service
Stuck in a blizzard 3 hours away and couldn’t physically travel any further on the highway due to it being closed down for the weather. The hotel refused to refund my money.

Unfortunately when you reserve via a third party, it is not up to the hotel to refund your deposit. Those are the third party companies policies. Thank you
