"We so enjoyed our stay at this place. The interior was nicely furnished and clean! The view of the lake outside was beautiful and calming. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and lake. At the end of the day, part of our group sat at the end of the dock and enjoyed watching the boats and other watercraft as they passed by on the lake. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the firepit, but that just means we will have to return to enjoy this great get away...

"The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Linda's river house. The house itself was very clean and a had a beautiful view of the river running behind the house. We came up for a weekend of golf and there was no shortage of great courses nearby. Linda was a very accommodating host and had several suggestions for food in the Rockford area. We really enjoyed the small town atmosphere and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away."

"This place accommodated our group of 7 perfectly and there was plenty to do at the house with the bar, hot tub, pool, fire pit, and back patio to name a few. Would recommend if you're trying to stay outside of Grand Rapids."

"This house is falsely advertised! We were immediately concerned when we first pulled up to the house- boxes laying all over, personal belongings laying in the grass, and an unfinished deck with screws sticking out and rotting handrails. We walked in the house to unfinished renovations- patchwork throughout the house, outlet box hanging OUT of the outlet, a shattered glass door panel (that my 2 year old found and started touching the exposed glass shards), personal belongings throughout the house...

"What a delightful stay. Out of the hustle bustle but so close to everything. No detail was missed. Fully stocked, clean, quiet and spacious. Great value for the space. Will definitely go back if we are in that area. Friendly host too!!"

"Very clean house. Step outside front door is a little high for us seniors. But everything else is fantastic. I liked the fact there was a lot of different channels on the tv. Jay answers you right away that is an absolute plus. Its in a perfect location for any store or restaurant you want. I would definitely stay again."

"The property is very clean, recently renovated and spacious; great communication with the owner. The location is very convenient for a stay in Grand Rapids and there is ample off-street parking in back of the property. The house is located on a busy street but the bedrooms are in the back of the house and it was quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again."

"We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. "
