Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. "I would not recommend this property. The apartment would fill with the smell of marijuana smoke several times a day (from a nearby tenant). Also the listing on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom. The morning of our checkout I got a call and a text at 6:45am asking what time we would be leaving so they could arrange for the cleaning crew. We definitely did not appreciate the timing of this call while traveling. I told them we would leave at 11, which was our check out...

"Upon arrival at this building the place looked dirty and unpleasant to me. When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed.
