"Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again."

"Feels like home but close to all the sites and restaurants you could red!! Staff was quick to answer all questions, friendly, and genuinely made you feel welcome!! The amenities are top shelf; location is perfect; and price is reasonable for what you get!!"

"The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating."

"Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving....

"This apartment worked out great for our family. Walkable to Crystal City metro which is a great station to get to all the activities you want to see in DC (about 15-20 min easy walk and trains about 15-20 minutes ride to the mall). Plus you are right by the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Beds as described, ample bedding and pillows for our group of five. Kitchen stocked with all pots, pans, and dishes you would need to prepare breakfast and dinners. Had ample amount of paper towels,...

"The flat was beautifully decorated, and all of the necessities plus many extras were provided by our host Laurence. We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Drip coffee was available too, plus a nice selection of herbal and traditional teabags. Our host left us a nice welcome snack, too. There are a few stairs, which was absolutely fine for us. We were always able to find a parking...

"our little family had adequate accommodations. We were close to the mall and went there 3x and it was very close to the airport and major attractions in DC."

"Walkable to metro, grocery, and many restaurants and coffee. Great hot tub, pool, club room. We rented 4 condos for a big family, and it was great to have common spaces to gather in. Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans, no broom, limited seating, end tables, etc. It was nice that a few laundry and dishwasher pods were provided. Just know to bring your own stuff if...

"The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues."

"Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions."

"This was my second stay at The Arc. My first stay, last October, wasn't great. I reluctantly booked this hotel again, however I am glad that I did because this time everything was great. Michelle was friendly and inviting from the time that I checked in, and throughout my stay. The hotel is quiet, very clean and well kept. I plan to stay at the Arc again during an upcoming trip to DC. "
