Just wanted to say that someone else's dog is going to the bathroom in the yard (which we cleaned up too), there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the water reservoir on the coffeemaker was very dirty. We cleaned that out too. So some attention to detail is needed but I would go back!"

Drove by x 2 looking for crossroad; property drive RIGHT OFF (two line) highway. Much traffic noise, daytime. Good restaurant across street. Group of cabins on pretty inland lake. One property building is ‘fish cleaning house’, so must be good fishing, here. 🐟"

"It was my first time in Petoskey, it’s a beautiful town and the location of the cottage was perfect. Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was a little worn and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the back door screen was torn. But the location and scenery made up for it. Will definitely stay again."

"What a host great communication from beginning to the end. Cabin was beautiful and cozy and neighborhood was quiet. Lake was clear and full of fish. Set on the porch in morning and water the sunrise, listen to the loons and other birds and keep an eye out for eagle fishing. What a pleasant time on the lake."

"Pros: Super close to Boyne and Boyne City Spacious with two living areas Loved the assortment of games Large kitchen table Nice fireplace Kitchen appliances worked well, enough plates, etc. Rooms were warm, except bunk bed room Plenty of towels Cons: bathroom needs to be renovated (paint peeling off vanity, yellow stains on floor tile, very old shower) Some of the beds were uncomfortable with thin mattresses With a little work, this house would be great."
