Staff were friendly and fresh towels and room serviced daily. Small room without natural lighting, badly in need of renovation. Dissapointed with poor facilities especially compared to booking, different room we had, when we stayed last year. Mould in shower, badly leaking spraying shower and hand basin taps, no lighting other than a switch near bathroom door across room from bed ... not even a bedside light; and ancient noisy aircon with no remote. Room certainly was not worth price we paid.

dangerous shower
The shower was extremely dangerous. The bath under the shower was slopped and there was a dip in the bath directly under the shower not large enough for your feet to fit.

Loved how clean it was.. thank you, it was awesome coming back to clean towels daily clean bin, bed made and new soap… However a couple weeks of things It was a tight car park for new cars.. And needs a little update on the decor other wise I’m so pleased on how accommodating my stay was .. thank you

The room was a little dated but suitable for our stay. Clean and a comfortable bed. Air-Con noisy so couldn't have it on and sleep. A few negatives but for the price I would stay again when in the area.

Apart from the age of the premises there appears to be none or very little upkeep of the rooms and property in general. The website advertises a Dining Room. Whe I asked for directions I was advised that they had Not re opened the Dining Room since COVID. After driving all day the last thing I wanted to do was drive to the “cheap pub dow the road” which I was advised to try. Will not return to this place. They really need to change the website as they are falsely advertising.

Clean & tidy. Good value. Excellent base for a short stay over. Our room was the spa option even had a kitchen with oven etc. room 25. Bed was comfy. If you want views, onsite 5-star dining & room service This place isn't for you. Pretty quiet we had the a/c running which was a little noisy but it's that square box style, so they are what they are. Overall, it's a no-frills motel to put your head down at night whilst checking out the area I would go back again. Office staff were great.

Rm 22 is not great
Great location near our son's home and we usually have an ok stay but got a terrible room this time. Bathroom was awful- our shower was an old spa bath with a large slope to the drain and you had to bend backwards to wash your hair under showerhead. Bed was uncomfortable and the room had an unsound proof connecting door to room next door where guy left tv blaring all night long.

1 of the staff was excellent…the male…was very friendly and helpful The room was comfortable but the shower was not ! Hot water kept cutting in and out took forever to heat up…carpet had stains on which made it feel dirty… Upside room was clean and bed made up with clean towels

The motel was clean and the bed and pillows very comfotable. The one thing that makes me make this comment is the noise the housemaids made and i mean like talking loudly and most of the time outside our door. One of them sounds like they brought a child to work so it was making noise. So much for getting a quality rest before the second leg of our journey. Was pretty rundown but for the price.

My partner and I stayed here for work. It was an okay last minute option but a few things could be improved. The heated pool and spa were broken and unavailable, which was a disappointment. The powerpoint for the fridge and microwave was broken, so we couldn't use them unless we carried them to the other side of the room to the other powerpoint. When we did move the microwave, it didn't work properly. The room and bathroom are dated and would benefit from a make over and general maintenance. A cupboard had a missing handle. The tv didn't have all the channels stated in the information booklet nor did the tv include a tv guide. The wi-fi didn't work properly. There was a cola bottle with yellow liquid beside the cups, which we assumed was dishwashing liquid. The booklet also indicated that you must wash your dishes, which confused and concerned us (do they get a proper wash before the next booking?). We didn't get much sleep because the couple next door were very loud until 4am, after which the man left and the woman began singing and wailing loudly until 8am. We understand this isn't the staff's fault but just another issue we came across. The two ladies at reception were very lovely so we only want this review to help improve the place so that people will return. We will unfortunately not return here. Compared to other motels we've stayed at, this one was overpriced and had more issues.
