"Much more affordable to staying in a hotel with a family of five. Also great location, with access to major highways, and stores and restaurants close by. Owner responded quickly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? "

"Home is very well maintained. Safe neighborhood close to several places within walking distance to hide, bike and kayak. Lovely pool and spa in a beautiful fenced in private backyard. Master bedroom is spacious and the bed is very.comfortable. Mike answered any questions we had immediately and was very kind and professional. This house is a gem as are the owners."

"Great place overall. Looks like the area is going through gentrification and this is one of the new properties they have placed. With that I never felt unsafe or there were any issues, we woke up every morning at 5AM and ran down to the waterway since it is right next to downtown. The owner of this property is great with communication and easy to work with. Recommend the property highly."

"THE HOUSE WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE WE WANTED TO GO. VERY NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH THE ADDED PERKS OF THE COMMUNITY POOL - TENNIS COURTS- BASKETBALL COURTS WE WERE GIVEN A KEY PASS TO USE THE WEEK WE WERE THERE ON VACA. THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE - TV WAS TERRIBLE(NEED TO GET A BETTER TV NETWORK) NO ONE WANTS TO WATCH 70'S - 80'S OLD TV PROGRAMS!!! PART OF THE TIME NONE OF IT WORKED. OTHER ISSUES WERE KITCHEN FAUCET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED- ONLY HOT WATER...

"This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret...

"This is one of our favorites! The location is ideal with easy access to Manatee Ave. The park has an incredible old pine tree and wonderful air off of the river.
