"My partner and I are overall very pleased with this hotel! Frankly we went in a little nervous based on some reviews we saw mentioning rude employees and bugs but we encountered neither. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was comfy and clean enough. "Stayed on the 3rd floor for 6 days. Location is perfect and the staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in the room didnt work, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also could not sleep well due to hearing all the noise from the back alley/street."

"I stayed for only one night but I enjoyed my stay. It was in a convenient location since all the cafes I wanted to visit were 15-20 minute walks away or less than 10 minute drives away. There was a $300 deposit when you check in but that wasn't much of an issue since it was quick. There is a little cafe in the lobby, which I didn't get to try out but I will try it out next time I visit. The elevators are on the older side though. The room is mostly clean with a few stains here and there but...
