It was also very clean and we appreciated being able to park behind the house since we had a car full of stuff as we were stopping in Wilmington on our way further south. We loved that it was just a short walk to the River Walk where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The neighborhood is full of gorgeous, older homes with some spectacular gardens. "This is a great place to rent for a trip. We had 6 in our party and we think the space is right for a group that size. It is a very short walk to the beach access and only a 9 minute walk to the boardwalk! Don’t be deterred that this is not a full house rental! We had a great stay. My only advice is if you are going to cook during your stay instead of going out, bring a sharp set of knives or a knife sharpener. We loved this bungalow!"

"A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week. "It's a convenient location in a quiet area. Able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to be able to cook a meal rather than go out. Unfortunately, there was no ice in the ice maker, and the cutting boards are not meant to be used for food prep as they are not sealed. "
