Perfect weekend getaway for two!
Posted May 19, 2024 on HomeAwayThis location is a great alternative to the hotels in town. Very quiet, private, well maintained. We had warm weather in May so we could take advantage of the 5 mins walk to the private beach. We would definitely come back here again

Williamsburg stay
Posted Oct 8, 2023 on HomeAwayIt was very clean and updated property. Liked that it was tucked in a wooded area giving you privacy when sitting on deck. Pleasantly surprised that there was a full size refrigerator that wasn't in picture. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stellar owner and Property
Posted Sep 28, 2023 on HomeAwayThe condo and location made this perfect for our vacation start to finish. The furnishings are adorable and comfortable. The new mattress is a dream and we slept well every night. There is a bit of road noise from the main road so we did not keep the windows open at night but otherwise the complex is very quiet.
The shower and water pressure was the best we have ever had on vacation and after hours noodling around and hours on the numerous beaches it was a welcome surprise.
The location allowed us to be near enough to Traverse City but not be confined to the congestion. We took trips up both peninsula fingers to Christmas Cove, Van’s Beach, Suttons Bay and Old Mission Bay and enjoyed all the little stops on the way. We day tripped to Petosky, & Charlevoix and alsso Harbor Springs for an early morning hot air balloon launch.
I cannot thank Terri enough for her generous recommendations and easy and quick
responses to questions. We highly recommend eating at Blue Tractor for bbq and Milk & Honey for ice cream. We will be back!!

Nice condo!
Posted Jul 26, 2023 on HomeAwayThe condo was very nice. It is quiet and peaceful, with a nice deck to enjoy the view. Terri is a great host and very easy to work with. Loved the condo! It was clean and well stocked with amenities. Beds were comfortable. We had no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Condo by the Beach

In addition to all of the kitchen and bath amenities plus washer-dryer, the owner has added thoughtful touches like a jigsaw puzzle, beach chairs (the beach is truly less than a 5 minute walk) and brochures of the area. We didn’t use the bed part of the sofa bed, but the sofa was very comfortable, and the towels, pillows, sheets and blankets were all great quality. The owner reached out to us in greeting before we arrived and even offered an early check-in if we needed it. We didn’t need anything while we were there, but the few times we corresponded prior to check-in, the owner was quick to respond and very nice. We were there for a horse show, and the condo is extremely convenient to Flintfields.

Weekend Getaway
Posted May 30, 2023 on HomeAwayThis condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The condo was the perfect size and super cute! There was a short walk to the beach which was perfect for relaxing during the day. The location is perfect with things to do in all directions but sits off the road to avoid all of the busyness of the city. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Perfect place to stay!
Posted May 22, 2023 on HomeAwayWe had a great stay at this property! Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything that we needed, and it was in the perfect area. The kids enjoyed walking down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
