Wonderful stay!
Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!

Kingsmill Resort is a great place central to lots of attractions in Williamsburg. The condo was spacious and well equipped/well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Bush Gardens
Family weekend getaway to go Bush Garden. This condo was the perfect place for our family. Enough space and the view was great. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a great place to stay.

Very close to the heart of the resort
This place is fine for anyone looking to just sleep and go play golf—but if you are looking for up to date decor and perfectly maintained bathrooms, not a good fit. There were ants and a leak and the manager/owner was very responsive was told but not a lot you can do with those issues. Maybe we hit an off week.

Don't visit for the pool!
Beware of this listing's deceiving photos. The listing shows the Mounts Bay Pool (MBP), which led us to believe that we could access the MBP. However, a guest pass is required to access the MBP, the Southhall pool, and the Wareham's Pond pool. The host does not have passes for guests. Nor does the host have a process in place to assist guests with obtaining pool passes. On the 2nd day of our 9-night stay, we contacted the host to inquire about pool passes so that we could visit the MBP pictured in the listing. I did not receive any response. At noon, on the 4th day of our stay, I called the owner. She seemed clueless that passes were required to access the community pools. She did not know passes were required. She did not know how to obtain passes. She informed me that her property manager, Andy, would contact me to resolve the issue. At 3:30p on the 4th day of our stay, I had not received any communication regarding the pool passes. I notified the owner that Andy had not responded. Later that evening, Andy contacted me stating that he could get me pool passes from the community association the following day. On the 5th, 6th, and 7th days of our stay, I reached out to both Maureen and Andy to follow up on the progress of obtaining pool passes. Each continued to lead us on claiming that someone would deliver passes to us. Finally, on the 7th day of our 9-night stay Maureen notified me that she would not be able to get us passes for the community pools picture.

Over all the host very nice and property was well maintained. I was under the impression that my family was welcomed to attend all pools on the property but that was not the case we were limited to the smallest most Undesirable pool on the property! Although there was a clear misunderstanding i enjoyed the unit and will come back! Thank you your home is just what any group would enjoy

Fabulous stay, well equipped
My wife, daughter and I stayed here for my daughter's William and Mary graduation. Place was clean, quiet and convenient to Colonial Williamsburg. We entertained another family for brunch and found the property easily supported the event and had everything needed for cooking. While we didnt get out to enjoy the resort, there were clear walking trails and lots of people enjoying the property. We enjoyed the stay, snd would come back if back in the area.

Fun girls weekend in Williamsburg
Some friends and I stayed at the condo in Williamsburg for a girls getaway weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, great access to different areas of town, had golf course views and close to water as well. Would definitely book this again!

Great stay close to Busch Gardens
We had a great stay at Kingsmill. It was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was also very close to Busch Gardens, which was so convenient. Our only complaint was that the TV didn’t seem to have regular cable. It was a bit tricky, but we figured out a solution. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo!

Great place to stay!
We were in Williamsburg to visit family who also live in Kingsmill, so this was the perfect place to stay close by, but to also have private space at night. The condo has a beautiful golf course view, and was nicely decorated. It was very clean, with lots of kitchen tools and coffee items. Communication with the owner was very easy, and he responded quickly. We had a great weekend!
