“The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people……

“This is a perfect home for couples! Very open layout for living/dining and a spacious bedroom. Decor is tasteful and location is a 5 minute drive to the historic district. The host, Melody, is AMAZING! She has thought of everything. If you forgot something at home, check around the cottage first; it's probably there! The baked cookies were a welcoming touch. It was easy to communicate with her through the app; she was actually the one who reached out first to make sure we were enjoying ourselves……

“We really enjoyed this home! We have a family of 6 so it had a great layout for us. The kitchen was fully stocked for ease of meal prep. And the location right on the beach could not be beat! The home was at the end of the street so pretty quiet, just the way we like it! Yet it is close to St. Augustine so it was an easy drive to this cute historical town. I only rated it 4 stars because the communication with the property management team was inconsistent so it made us feel as though we were……

“The place was perfect and so was the location. I think the cleaning service dropped the ball, we took the first few hours to clean the place ourselves. That was the only hickup. The place was roomy, had everything you can ask for, the beach entrance is on the property, pool was across from the rental, restaurants in walking distance, putt putt in walking distance, classy people all around. I would buy this property if I could. Highly recommend.”

“I wanted to give an honest review of this house for the price I paid. I stayed here with my family with four children. I’ll start with the positives…. This is a beautiful and easy access location if you have children. Going over the dune is very easy but coming up is a little more difficult because it’s steep but it’s super easy to leave your things on the beach in order to eat lunch at the house or let the kids nap and return to the beach. “There were 5 of us all in our early 60s. There was so much room in this house! Big kitchen and 2 living room areas. Great master bed and bath. The backyard was the gem of this property. Pool and outdoor cabana were perfect to spend a hot day lounging around the pool. Lots of shade if you need it. Location of the house is perfect! You could walk across the Bridge of Lyons to the historic district. The host was very responsive to our quick questions. We will definitely be back!”

In was in a very cute neighborhood just a few houses from the beautiful Magnolia street and close to Fountain of youth facility. Megan’s place was very clean and stocked well. Easy check in and check out. We walked to and from historic area, fort and restaurants and bars. Would stay again.”
