"This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The cabin had everything we needed and David was the nicest person! He greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were familiar with the area, cabin, and grounds. He also gave us some great recommendations on places to go. We had everything we needed and he made sure the cabin was very clean and well stocked. Thus was a great experience and we cant wait to come back!"

"The cabin is beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the cabin most of the time; is quiet and cozy. We wish the bed was bigger and comfy but, other than that it was a good experience. We stayed there from April 15 to 18; the weather was perfect and we saw a big bear in the woods which made our stay even more exciting y (pictures and video were taken). The location is perfect; grocery stores are within 15 minutes from the cabin (Walmart, Shaws) We will definitely will go back!!! Can’t wait to...

"This was our last vacation for our family before our oldest graduates and heads to college. We wanted a beautiful location with a nice house for family time and that is exactly what we got. The house is beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. The hot tub was a a nice bonus in a very unique house. We ran into two minor issues, the grill grates were completely rusted over no matter how hard I cleaned them and the few towels we found were tiny and not great. Literally, thats the only negative....

"Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!"

"The cabin is wonderful. The beds and linens were clean, new, and cozy. The towels were extremely fluffy and lush. The entire interior of the cabin was clean, cozy, and with guests in mind, nice and warm. The outside was great for a fire, or sitting on the deck enjoying coffee in the morning and smelling the fresh air, listening to the quiet. It's at the end of a dirt road, with enough neighbors nearby to feel safe but enough solitude to have privacy and enjoy taking a step back. Town ~10min...

Beautiful view, watch the sunset, easy access to Perkins Pond in the front yard, pine needle carpet - bring your crocks or Googone to get the sap off the bottom of your feet.
