“The beach is absolutely amazing at this house, the property grounds are stunning too, but the house does need some updates. As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. We cooked meals every day in the house and it was almost unbearable because it was so hot. The appliances need updating as well, the stove throws off crazy heat and the fridge is working overtime just to keep things……

“First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't……

“i loved my stay at south fleet i just wish we were able to get fresh towels while we were there and the washer and dryer is a little pricey to be washing and drying our towels but other then that i highly recommend ”

“The Owners were fantastic! This property is a definite 10 out of Ten . Close to some wonderful seclude beaches. Not far from great dining spots. If you like fishing , its a few steps away. You need a vehicle however. ”
