“The unit is the back half of a detached cottage on the owners’ property. It is private, with a little yard and covered patio area, including a grill and picnic table, enclosed by a privacy fence. The cottage itself is delightful — nicely decorated, carefully maintained, perfectly clean, and with many thoughtful touches to make guests feel comfortable and at home.
