It couldn't have been more amazing! Great accommodations for us and our 4 kiddos! They loved exploring the grounds. "This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back...

"My son & his fiancé (from Ned) and I (from Wisconsin) enjoyed our stay in April. It was convenient to visit, as well as work remotely (WiFi great). Location felt private. Made some light meals (thank you for the bubbly and the well stocked coffee, tea, spices). Hey - follow directions to the house from Host. GPS takes you to the wrong driveway."

"House was amazing!! This house was perfect with AMAZING views! Definitely will be booking again! We were caught in the huge snow storm and lost power and water - Nate stayed in contact with us all day to make sure we were okay and even offered to move us to another location they had if needed. He had the driveway cleared of snow so we could continue our vacation. The house had everything we needed and the entertainment/movie/theater room was great to relax and watch movies during down time....

"Boulderhaus is a great spot, easily accessible from downtown Boulder. We have been traveling to Boulder a lot over the last four years and this is the first time we have stayed outside of the city proper. We had originally rented for Thanksgiving weekend last year but my husband needed emergency surgery, forcing us to cancel our stay just days before our rental began. "The most they had received in 10 years, said the locals. Yes we were there for the March 2024 storms and the forecast were accurate. Almost 61 inches measured in Nederland. We had a great time though and our teens learned what it really means to shovel snow. Briggite was accommodating, and kind the whole way through."

"Was a nice place right on the creek had no problems, property was as described. The beds need to be replaced, everyone one of them was very creaky, you couldn't roll over without waking up someone in the bedroom next to you."

"Phenomenal location with great views. Clean, well- maintained, and close to Boulder and plenty of trails. We got our fill of strenuous hikes and then spent the evenings relaxing and looking at the stars from the porch. Great trip!"

"Very nice home, no AC, but it was cool when we visited. Lots of dead flies in the house. Back porch railing and stairway planks outside are loose. If reinforced, it would be nice to have outdoor patio furniture. I can see why there are none due to the condition of the outdoor deck. Interior is very nice, comfy bed and sofas. "First a warning - this is not a good place for seniors. I'm 81 and able bodied. My wife is 77 and very unstable walking. Partly our fault that we didn't check on the ease of access. Other than that the place is wonderful and we did our best to enoy the ambience!"

"When you first pull up, the property is absolutely stunning, as you make your way up the steps to the treehouse property, you have a great view of everything. The property manager was absolutely wonderful as this was my first flight/trip ever, and was very accommodating to us arriving early. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The only dislike we had was how tight spacing was, and the only bed in the house wasn’t exactly the most comfortable to our liking. And there was only one TV...
