"I loved the spa facility. However, you need to purchase a message or treatment to enjoy the steam room and the jacuzzi. You get 3 hours to enjoy the spa facility which includes snacks and tea in the common co-ed area, refreshing drinking water outside the steam room, lockers, showers, shampoo, hair dryers, hair gel, make up remover. We also enjoyed the outside heated swimming pool which includes an amazing jacuzzi. The hotel includes three restaurants. The food was good. Our room was quiet...

"While the room was very clean and comfortable I was surprised to hear people shouting from outside all the way up to the 16th floor. Not to mention some sort of banging outside as well. While the tub was nice it’s not quite like having more of a jetted tub in room. The last time I stayed here the room had one. The A/C was very weak and definitely focused only on the bed.
