After checking in we were told that only one of the two elevators was operating. There were no soaps or shampoos in the room. After arriving at the hot tub we found it was not operational. There was a sign in the room stating daily room service however none was provided, we had to retrieve clean towels. For the price of the rooms we feel extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the worst places to stay. If you want a comfortable stay please choose another hotel where beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. This lodge does not do any room cleaning at all! Very rude and unhelpful staff. Rooms are pricey and not worth it. For a couple of hundred more you can get better accommodations. Will never ever recommend this to anyone!!!

Heard everything in the room. Child above us jumped around all evening and early morning. Dog in the next room barked early morning. Staff pleasant. Laundry service available. Breakfast as expected. Location ideal. All and all a good choice.
