"Our stay was relaxing, surrounded by beautiful gardens right in town but feeling like we were surrounded by nature. We could walk out the door and into shops and restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and furnished with homemade muffins, fruit, cereal, juice/milk and coffee. Hosts on site but never intrusive. Highly recommend."

"I came back to stay at the Wickwood Inn twenty years after I had last stayed here. It was lovely then, but I feared it might have gotten dated by now. No need to worry! They did a complete renovation of the inn. Still the beautiful antique-filled luxuriously plush rooms, but updated to a more muted and understated color palette befitting the current design aesthetic. The exquisite marble-clad bathroom was a particular delightThere is still no other place in town that holds a candle to this. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Parsonage Inn. We were in GR for a wedding, so we were just looking for something close to the reception and not too expensive since hotels in downtown are REALLY pricy. We were so excited when we pulled up to the inn as it is the cutest Victorian home! Inside matched up completely with decor and atmosphere. Our room (#3 appropriately named Wedding Waterfall) was beautiful! Huge bed, private bathroom, lots of seating. No t.v. which was fine as we were not there...

"We had a wonderful time staying at the nest. This was a welcoming , cozy, comfortable place to stay. It was clean, easy to find, and I'm hoping to come back when it's warm and the pool is open! The only thing I will say that could be taken as a negative (but was not to me) is their dalmatian is young and curious and is definitely a talker. If you are afraid of dogs or not a dog person, I'd def still stay here and maybe just communicate that because I'm sure they'd do what they can to make you...
