Relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views and sunsets from this newly remodeled 1 bedroom and 1 bath ocean front condo on the most desirable 3rd (top) floor, with high ceilings and abundant natural light, on the Monterey Bay; located between Santa Cruz and Monterey, California Central Coast. The beach is famous for beautiful and picture perfect sunsets. View dolphins, whales, sea otters, sea lions and ships/boats passing by from the living room or deck or beach. Steps away to get down to the sand/beach. On warm days, open the windows and patio doors for fresh cool ocean air and ocean sounds and have a wonderful sleep in the night. No one above this condo, no noise from above unlike 2nd and 1st floors condos. Enjoy morning sun with coffee and a glass of wine in the evening while watching sunset. Fully furnished, including linens. Departure cleaning only. Remodeled and newly listed in July 2022 with all brand new leather furniture, Cal King bed, flooring, carpet, brand new appliances, and plenty of can lighting and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer included. The condo rental is limited to 2 adult guests. Located in a security gated community with plenty of parking. Golf at world renowned courses 40 minutes to the South, shop at nearby Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, or drive about an hour north to San Francisco for the day.

Was a lovely place. Quiet ! Wish we could have stayed longer. One major deal that come up was the shower fixture is broken. Was only able to take one shower that was hot. We attempted to run the shower for 10 minutes with no hot water. Please tend to this issue before another client lets out the unit. One smaller issue was the small drip coffe maker doesn’t drip any longer. The water ran around the inner filter place piece which allowed hot water to be obtained. The valve on at the bottom no longer opens. Was able to Make own coffee with drip I brought along. The place was gorgeous in decor. Didn’t expect the flight of stairs but my mom was ok to climb this time. We would love to return as long as my mom can do the stairs. Thank you.

This Property is Perfect!
Stunning view and updated condo. Everything was very comfortable. It's obvious the owners take great pride in their property and customer service. The instructions for appliance and amenity use inside the condo were very helpful. Will definitely return!

Weekend Getaway
We always enjoy Pajaro Dunes and this weekend was no exception. Great view! The condo was clean, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We always enjoy walking the beach and this weekend we got to enjoy an incredible view from the condo as a major storm hit California. The waves and clouds were spectacular. What better way to enjoy than sitting on the couch in front of the fire place drinking coffee, reading and watching the surf.

Phenomenal
Out of all VRBO places we have stayed in, this was by far the cleanest. The whole place was very clean, especially the bathroom. We could easily walk out the door and go down to the beach, and the sunsets are phenomenal. When I contacted the property manager about possibly coming a day earlier, she responded quickly and she was very accommodating. I would recommend staying here 100%.
