"Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

"Lovely place for a week-end getaway ! We enjoyed the calm and privacy of the property. Minutes from downtown Newport, but away from the crowd. Lori was very attentive to our needs, and helped book a great restaurant. The only thing I would improve is to get a small microwave for the cottage, warming up food on the stovetop was not the best... Otherwise , great experience , would visit again !"

"We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. "We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. "

"The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was perfect for my husband and I. We were also able easily host my SIL’s family of 4 for dinner. The interior is light and bright. Everything we needed was available. It was a bit chilly to fully take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be delightful during warmer weather. The master bed was very comfortable~thank you for a lovely stay!"

"A lovely bayside property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Owners have seen to it that cottage is well stocked with sufficient linens & kitchen gear. The yard is lovely as well.The Views from the wrap around back deck are majestic. We will try to return in the future."

"This property delivers on all counts. Immaculate- the floors were practically smiling at us when we arrived. Fully equipped kitchen and so efficient. Perfect location for day trips or wonderful if you decide to stay in and enjoy the view. We will definitely return."

"The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back."
