"Great condo, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as pictured. Loved being able to use the grill too. Our only disappointment was with the hot tubs. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs...

"We absolutelyloved the place, everything was perfect and exactly like listed. Close to the base of peak 9 and to main street. The last day while walking to the slopes we ran into a Baby Moose, which make trip with a plus in sight seeing. We were not finding the bedding shhets for the sofa bed and Twilla was very quick to respond and send property manager. Will absolutely come back to the place."

"This was one of the few VRBO homes we found that fit all of our criteria "wish list" for lodging for a ski trip with our growing immediate family. We had 10 adults, two toddlers and one baby in our group. This home has all the amenities necessary for a large gathering of all ages. All six bedrooms were spacious plus three living room areas. The entire home was welcoming, clean and radiated a cozy feeling. We had ample space for everyone and all their ski stuff. I also felt very safe in this...

"This property is spacious, clean, well supplied, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had several minor maintenance issues that were promptly attended to with friendly service. Snow was cleared promptly each morning that we had snow, but the driveway is hard to get in & out I spent a week with my family members of various ages, and another week with friends. The downside is ski in/ski out, which was said to be accessible, but you have to be very capable to do this....

"This location is both a close walk to the ski lift and short walk to downtown Breck, so you get the best of both worlds. Also, I can’t say enough about the communication from the rental company, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for help."
