“Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit”

“The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. ”

It is great when you need to go different places in the Big Island. *Basic needs are met. *Less than 5 min to the supermarket on Car. You can walk even to the supermarket. Cons: *Since no body really lives here, other than a basic needs, some thing you want to have does not exist. Such as, stopper for the bath tub,……

“We took a quick trip back to Hawaii to visit our friends and family after moving to the mainland a few years back and stayed at the condo in Mauna Lani. I am very picky with cleanliness and I was very impressed!! The unit is very clean and had all the things we needed. Having a baby it was a must have to have a pack and play and they had a very clean one. We also needed to extend our stay and Meredith was great with helping us with this. “The pictures on VRBO did not prepare us for the incredible view from this unit. Due to breathing issues, I can't lie down when sleeping, so I was lucky enough to be able to sleep in one of the comfortable recliners in the living room and wake each morning to the beauty of the Hawaiian sunrise over the ocean. It was magical. And the care with which the unit was furnished, its perfect location near shopping and beaches -- everything made our trip perfect. There was also a fantastic supply of bed……

“What a wonderful stay. Lovely place in a beautiful neighborhood. Two pools/gym is steps away along with passes to Mauna Lani Beach Club (snorkel the cove reefs -highly recomended) and Hilton Pool. Only issue is that it ended. :)”
