“This is a little gem, just steps away from the town center; it was fantastic! The room was spotless, with all sorts of amenities (wine glasses, bottle opener, purified water, espresso, etc.), and the host was extremely helpful and informative. The continental breakfast is next store at the fanciest pastry cafe in town!”

“The address is currently incorrect, but the correct address is a few doors away. There is a somewhat narrow time window when staff are present to receive you, between 2:30 pm and 7 pm, unless you make specific arrangements with them. The room and bathroom were fine and there is a common area kitchen. If on foot, the location of the hotel within the walled historic city is fine, not far from the central square but up a hill. Restaurants are also nearby. The bus stop to the nearest train……

“Great place to stay and walk to Old Town (walled city). Also walkable to train station. We would have stayed another night but they were booked. ”

“Great location, but it is very confusing because the photo used for advertising is a museum it is not the place you are booking. Also it is not the kind of hotel we are use to book, it is difficult, because if you don’t get to the property on time for any reason, they leave and you have to wait outside with your suitcase and hot weather. Next time I will book a hotel with front desk. But I need to say that it was cleaned and nice room, bathroom and great location!”

“Very unlikely in 2023 to think of proposing a luxury experience in a 19th century villa without air conditioning, with the gardener who at 2pm invites you to clear the patio in front of the pool where you and your company are sipping an ice-cold drink after a 3-hour journey below 35°C because he has to mow the lawn and, last but not least, the absence of bidets is fine in France and Germany but please not in Italy! On the other hand, the assistance and helpfulness of Reception was excellent.”

“When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. The food was delicious, our suite was pristine, parking was easy. Be sure to drive around to see the horses in the back of the property. The next morning when we checked out,……

“We had a great time in Antica Dimora Leone, the House of Treason, which is based on a real story in history. The owner of the house is friendly and helpful during our stay. Every corner of the home has its own history and the room is so comfortable for us. There is a Michelin restaurant nearby called Ancient Pharmacy, they are awesome you must to give it a try. ”

“Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas……

Flawless communication, friendliness, attention to our needs and providing local advice were all excellent and appreciated.”

“The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities.”

“Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterland ca. 8 km Luftlinie entfernt von Volterra, davon ca. 3 km auf staubiger Schotterpiste, der Hinweis zur "ausgezeichneten Lage ... ist dieses Ferienhaus zu Fuß gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt von: Medici-Festung, ..." ist also falsch. Wer Ruhe und ländliche Idylle sucht, wird sich wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Leute gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet. Etwas wenig Abstell-/Aufbewahrungsraum, da der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer und die Küchenschränke zum……
