“I didn’t like that designated smoking area’s were like being pushed way off the premises, if you’re outside by a ashtray it shouldn’t matter where you smoke, the property is very nice and I will return they should have complimentary breakfast though ”

One of our reasons for picking the hotel was the pool and its proximity to the Hawthorne Community, where he had lived! The service from hotel staff was friendly and efficient! The breakfast had a good choice of food to choose from that my picky eater found something she liked and enjoyed! The room was clean and comfortable the lobby was clean and comfortable area! All staff we encountered were friendly and kind!”

We were hardly there so it served our purpose as an alternative to two hotel rooms for friends. Overflow parking and the HVAC unit is right outside second bedroom window.”

“Enjoyed the Village’s and loved the area we stayed in. Very nice pool, friendly neighborhood, everything was so convenient to get to. This property needs an update badley…carpet needs to go, it was dirty and stained. Most of the furniture needs to be replaced…couch, loveseat, and primary bedroom furniture was very nice.”

“Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.”

We each had our own bedroom; we had a full bath and a half bath; NETFLIX was very nice; the lanai was great; the fenced in yard gave us privacy. Overall we had a very positive experience. “This villa was clean and quiet, easy to check in and just a half mile from Spanish Springs Square. Having use of golf cart was imperative to us as we used Groome Transportation to get to and from airport. Communication with Tatyana was excellent.”

“Short walk to Main Street shops, restaurants & bar as well as Beacon College. 2min walk to Fountain Lake & Veterans Memorial Park w/ 3mi Rails-to-Trail hike & bike path accessible behind. Townhome is nicely furnished, suitable for four people with six likely being a bit crowded. If staying longer plan for laundry off-site as access to laundry & garage is unavailable”
