There were 2 of us staying in the room and only three pillows, all the finishing on the tile, shower, and baseboards looked like someone who was blind did it. Every corner of the room on the tile floor looked dirty. The view was beautiful and the staff was really nice, but the quality of the room was garbage. Some walls had patch work with drywall mud and was never painted. I won’t be staying again.

Establishment was not too my liking . I give it 4/10 could’ve been way better. Rooms were giving a motel kind of vibe and I don’t really care for motels. The balcony was probably the best part. But easy access to the beach. Employees could have been a little more welcoming. They were kind of rude. Do not recommend unless you just don’t care and want something quick and easy

My room was 106 and it was directly across from the ice machine and ppl were getting ice late night and early mornings and it was quite disturbing!! Additionally, parking was located a block away and I was told to try not to move my car once I park!!!

My ocean view from my room was beautiful and located in a great part of the beach area. However, the bathroom, particularly the shower was unclean and very inconvenient. I had no where to place my shower products and it was well kept at all. The shower and sink area all needs extensive upgrades and housekeeping services were not available. I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels and sheets.

Dirty as hell. Found eye lashes in my room. Dirt in the bed. Mold in the shower. Dirty looking towels. Pool water dirtier than the ocean water. Yuck never again. Staff was super nice though.

Do not stay here. Avoid it if you can. I am literally laying in bed right now ruing the moment I booked this place. Thankfully I am only here for one night, because it’s just flat out nasty. Aqua Vista “Resort”…really? This place makes a dingy motel look like a Waldorf Astoria. I am not kidding when I say I am grossed out to touch anything in here, and I am not a germaphobe by any stretch of the imagination, quite the opposite.

You have to park a couple blocks away. The whole “resort” is under renovations. It’s absolutely horrible! There was leftovers plates in our fridge and empty paper coffee cups on the balcony. The beds are atrocious. Sheets don’t even fit! I could go on…..

I am not one to post negative reviews but I was very disappointed with my stay here. Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes as the person running the front desk was outside smoking and left everything unattended. Parking is not on site which was a surprise to me (but I might have missed it being mentioned). My room was on the third floor which apparently is under construction. When I exited the elevator I was again surprised as the entire hallway area was currently under construction. The torn up floors in the elevator should have been an indicator. As I approached my room I thought the door was already open but it was just the giant 1.5-2" gap between the top of the door slab and the door jam. Inside the room I found a very minimal set up (which was fine) but it was very unclean. I was also surprised by the lack of any drape or curtain over the door to the balcony. This might be an acceptable housing option to the college crowd that just wants a place to pass out, but this is not a place I would recommend to anyone else.

The waterfront view was amazing. The girlfriend enjoyed it and it blew her mind like it was supposed to. Really excellent stay and the end room we had came with 2 balconies.
