One elevator was down, but there were others available, so it really wasn't an issue. "Nice and convenient if flying into Richmond. There is a shuttle available outside baggage claim 2 at RIC but you should call rather than wait for it to arrive. Daily breakfast has many options and is delicious. Used the gym which has the usual equipment and the gym was clean. Rooms were comfortable with separate seating area, work area and bedroom. A refrigerator is in the room. They currently only have 1 elevator so be patient, or use the stairs if you can. The last 2 days we had styrofoam...
