“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. ”

“Was a great property all in all, we booked it last minute so decent price for the day of. Food was great, location was great, staff great. Only issue we had was bed was a bit hard but that's also personal preference!”

“If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.”

“It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Bellagio Dreams. Roberta met us on arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know for our stay. Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for our long weekend - wished we had stayed longer.”

“We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“Marco and Daniela are both amazing! Not only did they offer to pick us up and drop us off to the train station, they also offered to drop us to Varenna one of the days! We were welcomed with snacks and Prosecco at the apartment, which also had all of the amenities you will ever need. Could not fault this stay, and looking forward to visiting again! ”

“Sehr schwierig zu finden! Zimmer mit sehr viel Utensilien des Vermieters vollgestellt. Kein Schrank für eigene Kleidung.vorhanden. Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Bett durchlegen. Bad sehr klein. Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung. Wer von zu Hause Licht, Luft und Weite gewohnt ist fühlt sich hier sehr eingeengt. Kein Seeblick wie in Ausschreibung beschrieben. Auf der Terrasse fühlt man sich von den Nachbarfenstern beobachtet. Terrasse nicht gemütlich eingerichtet. Für uns das Ganze……

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel in echt italienischem Stil. Gutes Essen am Abend und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Im Zimmer Nr. 217 sollte ein Schreiner die Badezimmertüre unten etwa 2 Millimeter abhobeln damit sie nicht auf dem Boden schleift und klemmt. Ist aber kein wirkliches Problem, v.a. nicht nachdem wir die Hornisse in unserem Zimmer eingefangen und draussen freigelassen haben.... Kleinigkeiten halt! Aber trotzdem supergeniales Hotel mit Gratisparkplatz. ”
