Poorly lit, not very clean, no inside lock (like a chain) on doors. I read reviews after booking, then saw pics of roaches! I didn’t see any personally, but kept all food in fridge just to be safe. TV had a poor picture and remote didn’t work, but the front desk guy did provide another remote. Still, the picture was poor. There was no top sheet, only a comforter that I thought probably wasn’t washed in between guests. I asked for a top sheet (left a note) but none was provided. I wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel, especially the bathrooms was very dirty. Great location & staff. We also were by a stairway exit & the door slammed shut, which would wake you.

Great location. Located just as you enter downtown. Room was on Douglas side, which is busy and loud and the rooms have old windows which allow for alot of noise. The AC unit blocked all that noise which was helpful. Room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is old and needs updating but I would stay here again as it was much cheaper than anywhere else!

Lots of homeless outside shouting in the middle of the night. No sound barriers between rooms, I was woken up to someone blasting their tv at 3am.

What a dump! The room was filthy, mold and mildew around the toilet, The Bed was like sleeping on the road , it was so stiff I actually woke up with a sore back, They also must have rented a bunch of rooms to some Asians intown for the loudest talker convention, Also loved having my across the street neighbours up till 4 am smoking drugs and playing music, The only thing that would help this place look good is a fire.
