We arrived 5 hours early and asked for an early check-in. We had two small kids with us. We were told that we will get a text message if the room is ready earlier. But they simply did not send any messages although later we learned that the room was ready around 2pm (regular check-in was at 4pm) and we had to wait until 4pm to be able to enter...

"The property was close to the downtown area and had a beautiful view. Didn't feel like a $450 room. A little warn out, tiles didn't match in the shower. The view was from a tiny deck, too small to sit on, this looked different in the pictures on line. When we checked in, a staff came up and said " I need that room" we felt like they were short changing us on the room after that, they may want to make the customer feel like the extra they paid was worth it. Also $26 extra for close parking...
