This is the perfect location for a stay in downtown Victoria. Close to everything but away from the craziness around the harbour. Amazing staff.

Friendly staff, small rooms, no sitting area, one chair for 3 people. Limited parking.

Located in a central location, close to many restaurants and things to do. The staff was friendly and the free fruit at the counter was a nice touch.

We had 2 nights and moved rooms on 2nd night as the 1st room was on the main road, which was too noisy for us. The staff were happy to oblidge with our request. Both rooms were well appointed and had underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a bar and restaurant on site and was in a great spot to walk everywhere.
